Order Policy

All sales are final, no refunds or exchanges. All deposits are also non-refundable.

 

Due to the fact that all gowns are ordered to each Brides size and specifications we are unable to accept any returns. Therefore we have an ALL SALES ARE FINAL return policy. 

Shipping dates obtained are approximate, and the estimated delivery time on special orders is, in some cases,  up to 6 months. Rush deliveries are available at extra cost.

Appointment Policy & Safety

We do require a credit card on file to secure all our appointments. Should you need to cancel, we ask that you please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time to avoid a $25.00 cancellation fee. We DO NOT charge your card unless you fail to cancel within 24 hours or do not show up for your scheduled appointment.

We understand that you may be running late for your appointment.  Please contact us to let us know of your late arrival so that we may accommodate as best as we can.  We consider a no show if you have not arrived or notified us of your late arrival within 15 minutes of the scheduled start of your appointment. 

We offer up to 2  try-on appointments for trying on wedding dresses before placing an order conditional to full compliance to our store policies. We ask for $75 fee at the second appointment and it is counted towards the purchase price of any dress with us.

For safety and insurance reasons, children are not allowed in the salon. We cannot accommodate strollers, and the salon is not equipped to care for children. Our goal is to provide an exceptional experience for all of our brides, and we have seen that crying babies and running toddlers can be distracting and ruin a bride's memorable day. Our main concern is the safety hazards for children in the salon, such as loose pins, hard surfaces, falling mannequins, and damaged merchandise. Additionally, we know that expecting a small child to be quiet and sit still for over an hour is unreasonable and would not be fun for them at all. We ask that this Child Safety Policy be communicated to anyone who is invited to your appointment, and we appreciate your understanding!
