What is the price point of your bridal gowns?

Our gowns start at $2,500 and up.  The majority of our dresses fall in the $3,500 to $6,500 range depending on complexity, customization, and materials used like beading, fabric, or lace.

Do you require an appointment?

We are by appointments only due to our primary focus of making sure each bride is paired with a private stylist during the private appointment while giving our full attention.

Do you ship BC Items?

Yes, we ship headpieces, veils, intimate wear, and petticoats to all 50 states with FREE GROUND SHIPPING. Bridal Gowns are not eligible for shipping due to the nature of the ordering process and intricate details + design.

You will receive a tracking number when your order ships via UPS.

How does sizing work?

One of Bridal Concepts happiest achievements is our revolutionize fit and making bridal more inclusive for all sizes. We can accommodate any body! 

What about alterations?

Because fit is highly personal and nearly impossible to get perfect, typically bridal gowns may need alterations at some point. You will be measured by your VIP Stylist to be matched to your nearest standard size. 

We're happy to make recommendations, but you are not required to use our recommendations. 

Bridal Concept is a brand created with prioritizing brides and allowing them to have 1 on 1 full creative control over their dream gown. We understand how difficult it can be finding a bridal gown that focuses on all your important needs and elements without having to sacrifice design. We provide you with the base design and you customize all the important elements from there. Such as the silhouette, color, neckline, and size!

Bridal Concept carries a wide variety of bridal gowns, veils, and accessories. We hold great pride in giving our client experience and great customer service they would never forget.

What is the BRIDAL CONCEPT?

When should I start shopping for my dress?

To have the most options and the least stressful shopping experience, if time permits, we recommend shopping at least 4 - 8 months before your wedding day! Many of our gowns are made to order meaning that the dress doesn’t start getting cut and sewn until you place your deposit on the dress! And, the earlier you decide on a dress, the more time you have to plan all the other details of your wedding, or just relax and get excited for your big day!

We do carry a wide variety of Off-rack options available to take home the same day.

Help! My wedding is very soon, can I still get a dress?

Absolutely! We have lots of dress options that can be ordered with a quick turnaround and Off-rack gowns available in store. 

What is the deposit required when I say "YES" to my dress?

We require a 50% deposit to place your order. Once your order is submitted, no changes or cancellations can be made since all orders are processed immediately after submission.

How many people may I bring to my bridal appointment?

We recommend bringing an intimate group of no more than five guests excluding you. Our bridal suites hold 5 people comfortably but we can accommodate more if you let us know beforehand. Extend an invitation to only your most valued friends and family, whose opinions are crucial to your decision.
