Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

 

We work to ship out orders the same business day or the next business day after the order has been placed. For holidays, Friday afternoons, weekends, we may take up to 3 business days to ship orders from our warehouse.

Tracking for your order is emailed to you once your order is shipped out. Tracking updates are available typically within 1 day of shipping out.

If your tracking shows that your package has not been delivered and there seems to be an unexplained delay in the delivery of your package, please feel free to contact us and we would be happy to help you.

Standard Shipping |

+ Standard delivery usually arrives within 4-6 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays. Please allow 1-2 business days processing time.
+ Standard delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and P.O. Boxes usually arrives 5-12 business day from the shipped date, excluding holidays.
+ Standard delivery to APO/FPO addresses usually arrives within 18 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays.

Priority Shipping |

+ Priority shipping orders placed Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays, before 12:00 PM EST will usually arrive within 2-3 business days from the shipped date.
+ Please allow 24-48 hours processing time.

Return & Exchange Policy

Return/ Exchange Policy: As items at DHBridal.com are usually customized products and are free of material defect at the time of shipping,  there is no return or exchange on any item(s). Please inspect your items upon delivery, if for some reason we have missed a problem, please let us know within 3 days of receipt by contacting support@dinahawidi.com with your case. After 3 days, no resolutions will be given. Please note that actual colors may vary slightly from images shown due to monitor and screen settings. 

Items not eligible for returns: 

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Final sale items

  • Items with any tags removed

  • Sample sale items 

  • Headpieces, crowns, and accessories

Cancellation Policy: No cancellations may be made once your order has been placed. We will not cancel orders once it has been processed (typically within a couple of hours of purchase). Once an order is placed, your purchase is processed and begins to be prepared for production/shipment. Therefore, due to the nature in which we process, design, and produce your order along with the need to purchase some materials, we do not accept cancellation of any orders. PLEASE check your order over carefully that you have ordered your items just as you want them, as each item is monogrammed to the specifications of each order.
